Meridian is the community systems platform for Vaultcraft. This policy describes information processed when you use Discord-connected features, admissions, support, Minecraft integrations, the Vaultcraft website, member services, or AI-assisted features.
Information Meridian processes
- Discord identity: user ID, username/display name, avatar, membership, roles, permissions, OAuth session information, and interactions needed to provide enabled features.
- Community operations: help requests, admissions/interview records, moderation records, managed-message activity, action logs, and Control audit history where enabled.
- Minecraft: Minecraft names/UUIDs, linked identity, server events, diagnostics, admissions state, and authorized administrative actions.
- Meridian AI: questions and the minimum relevant Vaultcraft context needed to answer them. Meridian may use third-party AI processing providers when AI features are invoked. Staff/owner sources remain permission-scoped.
- Payments: Vaultcraft uses PayPal when configured. Meridian does not store card numbers, bank credentials, or payment-provider passwords. Recurring donations can be authorized through the payment provider.
- Technical data: signed session state, service health, security/audit information, network data normally processed by hosting infrastructure, and error logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, provide community services, operate admissions and moderation, answer support requests, connect Discord and Minecraft, maintain security and auditability, operate the website, and provide permission-scoped assistance.
AI processing
When an AI feature is used, Meridian may send the minimum relevant request context to a configured processing provider. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or API keys to Meridian AI.
Sharing and providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers necessary to run Vaultcraft, Discord, Minecraft services, databases, AI features, and configured payment services. Vaultcraft does not sell member information to advertisers.
Retention and requests
Records are retained while reasonably needed for community operations, safety, audit integrity, admissions, support, dispute resolution, and backups. Use Help to request access, correction, or deletion where appropriate.
Security
Meridian uses HTTPS, signed sessions, environment-held secrets, permission controls, confirmations for high-impact actions, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
